Suggestion for civic rims issueGhostofGouki 05-17-2007, 07:43 PM I purchased a 95 civic that is in good condition. One issue thats bothering me :banghead: is that I have 4 lug rims on the left side of the car, and 5 lug on the other. I want to get new rims with a wider base but not sure how to approach this prob. Not lookin for 22in rims...lol..17 at most but any and all suggestions are welcome. 00accord44 05-17-2007, 08:46 PM You might be able to get a mismatch set if the style you want comes in both patterns. How or why did the car end up with 4 and 5 lugs? GhostofGouki 05-18-2007, 12:04 PM i honestly have no idea...nothing is wrong with the car...just cosmetics...but i dont kno how or y they're like that..thanx for the suggestion though Greenblurr93 05-18-2007, 12:08 PM either swap the one side to 5 lug... ($$) or swap the other side back to 4 lug.. (not a lot of $$) but either way you mat need to get another matching set of rims if you cant find 2 rims of the same pattern for whichever you choose GhostofGouki 05-18-2007, 12:16 PM thanx..i think i will def. look into that Greenblurr93 05-18-2007, 12:20 PM if you choose to take off your 5 lugs... i want them... GhostofGouki 05-18-2007, 12:28 PM no prob..but not sure ud want them...they're donuts pretty much with broken caps...will try to tak pic...not sure which im gettin rid of though Greenblurr93 05-18-2007, 12:39 PM not the wheels... the hub setup.. i want to make my civic 5 lug.. GhostofGouki 05-18-2007, 12:46 PM alright..ill keep u posted....about how much would that conversion job cost... Greenblurr93 05-18-2007, 08:03 PM which one? GhostofGouki 05-18-2007, 10:33 PM either.... Greenblurr93 05-20-2007, 02:19 PM replacing your 5 lugs side with 4 lug will be hella cheap cuz they are everywhere.. where as replacing your 4 lug with 5 lug wont be cheap cuz you dont find that shit anywhere. GhostofGouki 05-20-2007, 11:59 PM thanx alot bro...i will let u kno...ill make my decision in a few days...gunna do some other work on it vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
