2001 windstar bumper cover repair?

just purchased a 2001 windstar... small damage to front bumper cover ...from what is it made? can it be glued together with abs or pvc glue?

Read up on these two adhesives. You'll have to buy them from a body shop supply house. Not usually carried by regular auto parts stores.
