1995 Odyssey Ignition switch dead spot

When advancing the key to the ignition "on" location prior to the engine start (activate starter), all electrical functions are no longer showing. If I proceed to start the engine, the engine will start, but will die after I let off the key and it returns to the "on" position. I can back off slowly to the point the starter is no longer engaged and hold it there and it will run, but as soon as it "springs" back to the 'on" positition, it dies.

I have researched the ignition switch and relays related to this and I find that there are several relays that are in the "power" catagory in both the cabin and engine compartment, but cannot tell which one may need to be diagnosed for this problem..

There is a relay assy.-main, relay assy.-Power, and another relay assy.-power in the main cabin. There are also "power" relays in the engine compartment. I am referring to the breakdowns at:

Short of a schematic and disassembly of the ignition switch, I cannot determine where the faulty relay is.

I appreciate any suggestions or recommendations to which relay may need to be investigated. Thank you.
