2002 Olds Intriguepenski 05-03-2007, 03:51 PM The mode doors on the heater change from defrost to dash vents fine, but when turned to heater on the floor the heater blows moderately but the dash vents continue to bleed a fair amount, has anyone encountered this ? If you shut the vents off at the vents themselves then the airflow to the floor strengthens slightly. The car has the dual zone climate control and auto air. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Penski dtownfb 05-04-2007, 03:50 PM I pretty much keep mine in auto mode except for the occasional need for full blast defrost mode. I'll check it on the way home tonight. Thanks Penski I suspect that what you experience is normal. Probably has to do with reducing back pressure on the fan, i.e., the system can't channel all of its output to the floor vents. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
