I feel kinda stupid. I was placing a tempature sending gauge switch in my 94 ram... the stem as you know goes into the threaded hole. As I was tightening it the bolt broke off and now I have a brass or soft metal stem shaft in the hole. Can I get this out? Can I just buy the tap individually? It broke off right at the surface. Will a tap handle this problem? Help......

Get yourself an easy out extractor set. These are reverse threaded, so all you do is drill a hole and wrench one of these into the hole and the broken piece should come out.
