I have a AUX lamps switch on my 02 2500HD and it doesnt do anything. Iwant to add strobes so can I utilize that switch to turn the strobes on and off? if I push the button in the little orange light does come on so the switch must be getting power of something.

That switch is for a roof mounted light for snowplowing. The wires are up in the headliner by the mirror. I guess it can be used for anything.

hmmm, I guess I will have to track down a wiring diagram of my truck so see exactly where they go. Hopefully, its just an on/off switch and I can just add in the right wiring for the strobe box.
