I have a 2002 Durango with an ECU that gave the P0601 Error and 'check engine'...I found and ECU on Ebay and put it in....the Engine runs fine and check engine light is off, but now the ABS light blinks and the rear defrost light blinks....anything special you need to do when replacing the ECU?
