I have a 91 Honda Accord EX that won't start. The battery appears to be good cause the lights, windows, radio, ewverything electrical seems to be ok. When I try to crank the engine the lights on the dashboard light up but it won't turn on. I just get a faint click. Battery terminals are ok, nice and secure. Can someone tell me what I should be looking for?

Leave the lights on and then try to start the car. If the lights go dim or out, you have a battery or wiring problem. Or you could put a voltmeter on the battery terminals when trying to start the car. If the battery voltage goes below 9 volts, it is the battery. Otherwise, it is probably the starter.

MPUMAS is right - Sounds like your battery is dead, even though its making enough juice for the accesories, it doesn't have enough left to crank the car over. If your lights stay on and you get the click I'd suspect the starter. Autozone WILL check both items for free to help you determine which it is.
