Weird Problems - HELP!!!

O.K. this is a bit weird. Any guidance is appreciated.

My 1997 Honda Accord's alarm went off (no reason to). I turned off the alarm and got in the car. The car starts but the shift lock will not release. The brake lights wont light when the break is pressed (bulbs are fine - they flash when I disarm the alarm). The horn also won't work now. My steering wheel wont lock when the car is off and the key is out of the ignition.

This is just weird. All fuses are fine (I checked). Disconnected battery to try and reset any problem - no difference.

I am truely stuck.

I am not a big expert. Especially in alarms.

But I would verify (open/close) all doors, trunk and hood.
