How are PRVR, AIV, and EGR deletes done (ie. were do all the vac lines need to rerout to), and how do they affect daily drivablility (ie. cause a funky idle, or cause heasitation at low RPM)?

There is a FAQ for each on TT.NET, check both the auto-FAQ and the tech section.

I've never had AIV so I can't say if there is a difference but Nissan dropped them in production so they obviously aren't making too much of an impact.

EGR delete made no difference that I could tell, my Z even with nothing but main cats as emissions control equipment passed no problem. Makes pulling the plenum much easier.

The PRVR isn't anything that really needs to be there, it's supposed to bleed off excess pressure in the fuel rail after the car gets shut off hot so it's easier to start it next time. I deleted mine and haven't had an problems.
