Do you live in Raleigh, NC and know of a good place to diagnose A/C

Hi, I live in Raleigh and my LeSabre's A/C doesn't work anymore. I would like to find a place that charges me a fixed amount to tell me what's wrong with it, and that doesn't charge me a fortune if I decide to fix it. Can anyone help me?
