90 Accord EX TCM Code 15 - Meaning?

Does anyone know what a code 15 means for the Transmission Control Module on a 1990 Accord EX? Vehicle looses all gears erratically - seems related to ambient temp. and length of operation. Drive returns just by cycling ignition key - but only for ~ 1 mile.
