What's the question? Should you buy the vehicle or should you buy the kit to enable the DRL on the vehicle. If it's to enable the DRL, from what I've read, all it takes is installing a fuse (don't know which one off hand, but you can find it by seraching this or a Toyota forum). The wiring is already in place.
