ODO = odometer
I'm the third owner of this family member owned car.
My mother in law got sick of working on it (estimate shock)after the driver side power winder failed & hit run maniac sideswiped 2 passenger doors at 70 MPH. I'm amazed that the front & rear fender were ok after that.
I found 3 doors exact same color $125 each whoo wee! It looks beautiful now.
The auto transmission was "dealer repaired" or "replaced" at 40,000 ODO miles.
Its shifting great with actual 60,000 or 104,000 ODO miles.
It uses a little fluid.
It is "leaking" according to an oil change place.
However a repairman told my mother inlaw it trans gasket/leak would be big money.
They said the engine would have to be pulled to repair a simple gasket/leak.
Does transmission leak stop work?

It may if its a small leak. How much is 'a little fluid'?
