First of all, what kind of subs are you talking about? Good chance they are no where near 10kw. Depends on the subs resistance (ohms) to determine what amp you will need. stick with good brands like zapco, us amps etc. Give us some names and specs then we can help you.

I've been having a disagreement with my :slap:brother :twak: on the topic of blowing subs. He says that you can blow a 1400W 15" Sony Xplod run by a 400W max Boss amp. I say he's out of his mind due to the fact i was told by Sound Innovations in Carlisle that i was to look for an amp to power 2 of the above that had an rms between 400W to 800W. Maybe i just know less about how systems than i thought but i think my bro is wrong. Can someone clarify pleez. Any input would be most helpful considering having that special THUMP in my life gives me one Heck of a hardon:boink:

I belive the only amp that can produce 20,000 watts takes runs on 220 ac. Seriously, post the make and model of the subs before we can help you figure out how to power them.
