MS-9 Florocent Orange substitues

Hi, I can't seem to buy MS-9 anywhere in the UK, would the Florocent PS spray be a good substitute?

Is the PS more toxic and what thinner should be used to clean airbrush afterwards?

I could be wrong but I think the PS range is for the polycarbonate RC bodies and may destroy the regular kit plastic bodies.Have you tried Hiroboy's website? If you have access to the Pactra line of paints they'll work for you. Although the paints are designed for polycarbonate bodies, the paint is a lacquer. Prime the parts with Tamiya white primer, then use the pactra colors - they go on smooth but dry to a flat finish, then clear with Tamiya clear just like you would any Tamiya TS sprays.

i bought the ps spray without even knowing what it was. i primed the part with 2 layers of primer, then sprayed on the ps spray. didnt have any problems with it, even clearing it was fine. i read that as long as you prime the plastic piece before spraying ps spray then it will be fine. i'm currently making the repsol rc211v valencia and have used ps spray for both the fluorescent orange and yellow. i find that as long as you properly prime the plastic it doesnt have any problems with it
