Trying to find out what a part is called for a 99 Ford Windstar

Got the codes 171 & 174 I have all the parts to replace the isolator bolts & gaskets. Noticed that a little round plastic bushing type thing that is attached to a arm that moves the flaps inside the engine is missing.It is suppost to be connected to a little motor that moves the flaps up and down. their are 2 arms some type of rod (each one controls 3 flaps). Does anyone Know what this little round plastic part that connects to the little arm and then it gets connected to the motor that will control the movement of the flaps? Hope someone understands what I'm saying cause I have been to some auto parts store in this city and not one knows what I'm talking about. HELP ME PLEASE SOMEBODY! I NEED MY VAN TO WORK.

They're called IMRC (intake manifold runner control) bushings/ clips. Take a look at these posts:
