Does anyone have a 2000 or 2001 avalon xl with an immobilizer key??
I bought a 2000 avalon xl that doesn't have an immobilizer system and looks like the locksmith at the auction flashed the ecu thinking that it has a security key.
tried to buy an ecu with the same # but looks like toyota used the same number for both immobilizer and non immobilizer system according to 3 dealers around here.
I like to know if all the xl are non immobilizer ,,or is it an option on the xl...
