I recently ordered parts from jeeppartstore.com because I thought I found a great deal on a hard to find part. What I found was a company with no sense of customer relations! While I was online finding the part I needed I also
found a part I wanted. I called them up and ordered, they arrived soon enough but the part I wanted was incorrect. I phoned the customer service line (at risk of being "politically incorrect", must be a direct line to Kazakstan),
and was informed that I would receive an e-mail within 24hrs. with the return instructions in it. Three days later I called back and was informed the same thing. This cycle repeated 5 TIMES! On the fifth call I, having lost all patience, demanded to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on. I immediately called back
and had the same thing happen again!

I STRONGLY suggest you avoid these sites (all owned by usautoparts.net) and do business elsewhere!
