it sounds like water dripping from a hose (like bubbling sound from a fish tank)
is this ok?

Check your coolant level. I had to add to right between "Cold" and "Hot" to have it go away. That's air bubbles in the system and Dexcrap HATES air. Check under your cap for any milky/foamy white gue. If there is, get it FLUSHED IMMEDIATELY and replace w/ good old Green antifreeze.
