Bose Stereo System

Hi....I have a question. I own a 2003 Acura MDX, and didn't get a Bose owner's manual with my car (it was previously owned). It has a 6 disc Bose CD changer, and the error I'm getting is E01, or ERR1. It comes up when I try to switch from the radio back to any CD (I have tried each CD), and it gives me the error above and then goes back to the radio. Can you tell me what the error message means and any detail you may have to help me to fix the problem? I hate to go to a dealership and pay a lot of money for something I could probably do myself.
