IM RUNNING OUT OF IDEAS HELP!!!! THANX beyondloadedSE 03-22-2007, 05:19 PM A tune would probably by far give the best gains, but an X-CAL 2 runs about $379, which is cheap compared to getting a dyno tune. Nautilus Performance ran by 2 members on CEG (also making the current turbo kit) are certified SCT dealers and can sell and tune your vehicle. They know this platform better than anyone when it comes to tuning. A couple things that could be done for virtually free is optimizing the throttle body and gutting the precats. Pulleys would be good for a few hp. Again, a guy on CEG has these professionally made and sells them. He had a group buy not to long ago. I take it you didnt figure out your password on CEG? spoolinmonkey 03-25-2007, 05:06 PM A tune would probably by far give the best gains, but an X-CAL 2 runs about $379, which is cheap compared to getting a dyno tune.
