seatbelt issue

I've got my drivers door panel all riped apart to fix a problem with my window, and the lower seat belt mount rolled a little bit of the belt into it.(sorry don't know the real name of the part.):frown: When looking at the seatbelt components on the door it's the lower aft part. It seems to be designed to hold the belt in. I can't figure out how to get the belt to come back out.:banghead: Has anyone else run into this before.
