2000 sebing convert.

ok ... brand new battery is where im at.
goto start the car the odomiter states no bus error, and the traveler's gadge says ccd and the car wont start. when the key is turned the ignition switch makes the sound of a blinker clicking once ...it is not the repeated clicking sound of the starter not getting enough power.

all fuses in the cab and under the hood are good

chrysler said there was a line fuse that might be bad due to a short from the new battery. only problem is i am unable to find the line fuse.

note: fule gadge works, cant test temp or taq (wont start)
every thing else workds fine, all lights radio and top work fine.

is it in the cab or under the hood?

thank you
