Parts for 1968 Bonnevillesilencesurf 03-17-2007, 03:39 AM Hi all, at first: sorry for my bad english  I bought a 1968 Bonneville and I'm searching for a Website, where I can buy parts (need many interieur parts, like dashboard and so on) and service/repair-manuals. Here in Austria or Germany it is very hard to find any parts. Perhaps someone of you could give me an advice. A next question: there is a shifter on the floor - is it original? Thank you for your answers. Hurst shifter, not original. MrPbody 03-19-2007, 08:49 AM Try "amesperformance.com" or "performanceyears.com" for real Pontiac parts and services. These sites are Pontiac-specific. Agreed, the shifter is NOT original. Look at the column, and the "nub" for the column shifter is still there. Pretty car! Your English is just fine! Jim silencesurf 03-20-2007, 02:53 PM Great - many, many thanks. This is what I looked for. I will post again, if I need any help. Bye loneranger6886 01-17-2008, 12:29 AM You-re the only other guy i've seen building a 68 bonne. I'm in colorado and i don't see hardly any. Beautiful car tho, nice work. silencesurf 02-02-2008, 02:04 PM thank you loneranger here some new pics from the restoration: the old fuel lines: http://www.omair.at/customblog/wp-content/uploads/2007/06/03210006.jpg without front - look at the motor:http://www.omair.at/customblog/wp-content/uploads/2007/11/17112007198.jpg de-installation of interieur: http://www.omair.at/customblog/wp-content/uploads/2008/01/hpim0087.jpg the Bonneville-Fans :smokin: http://www.omair.at/customblog/wp-content/uploads/2007/06/03210008.jpg I'm still searchin for an original steering wheel and a front seat bench. Perhaps someone knows a source for parts like this. Amesperf and Performanceyears can't supply these parts. Unfortunately in Europe the car is complete unknown and I have to build a lot of parts by myself - but I like this car soooo much and I will finish it. I hope, I can drive it the Bonny the first time in autumn. cu Ronny vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
