Camshaft Problems

Im removing a camshaft out of chevy small block 327 but the camshaft will not come out. It moved only an inch. It will twist but it will not extend inward or outward. Anyone know what the problem is?

I am not sure but you would probably be better off if you asked the guys in the Chevy forum.

I'm not even sure where I should move this thread too... Maybe the Camaro/Firebird section? They would know more about it there I bet... Any suggestions where I should put this thread?

Try teh Chevy Classics or Nonspecific?
