Does anyone have an idea on where I can get the window molding (the black strips that are under each window) for a 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue?

check your GM dealer = it's called a "sealing strip"

in GMpartsdirect under door it's called "Strip"

Left - 10442133
Right - 10442133

The sealing strip is the inside one, the outside one is molding.
