Power Steering pump Pulley

I have a 96 blazer that I'm trying to replace the intake manifold on, and I have to remove the air conditioning bracket thats built into the power steering pump because it sits over one bolt on the intake manifold. There are two bolts behind the power steering pump pulley. How does the pulley come off? The book says to use a special puller which I think I can borrow from the auto parts store. It has an allen wrench bolt in the center, but I couldn't budge it. Has anyone else done this. I'd appreciate any help.

Are you sure it has to come off?
If so you will need a puller and installer tool.
But it may not have to be removed.
Check out this link or run a search on ps pump or ps bracket or intake replace.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Pully removal is not necessary.
