I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a straight six under the hood.

1. My front and rear bumpers are starting to sag a little bit. How can I fix this

2. While opening the hood on the truck one cold morning the latch under the dash broke, (Only the plastic piece). Will I have to buy a whole new cable and latch or can I just buy a new latch?
