Just curious, does any one have any un identified interior noises and rattles? UIN's is what we refer to them at the plant. Yes I build these cars at the George town plant in KY. Seems as if loose bolts get left in the cars which cause the noises. We get about 40 seconds to build before you have to move the next car. I my self pick up bolts I drop, but others don't bother, and I've heard that some throw bolts in cars deliberate. The job is hard, hours are long and the pay is low. I can see Toyota qualtity going down the tubes. They have just raised our build number to 550 cars a day at plant 1.

Thanks for the insider info. I'm sure those that don't pick up the bolts and deliberately toss the bolts in will be the first to bitch when sales decline and layoffs start. After all, it's the American way. Tell those boneheads if they aren't happy, leave!
