Car given by Granpa-Low miles 34K. It just started blowing the fuel pump 20A fuse. Had the fuel pump and filter changed two months ago. Ran fine. Went to start car and the fuse would blow. Change it and start right up. Starter was changed 1 year ago. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Since the pump evidently runs, I'd suspect a wiring problem in the pump circuit, or possibly a failing pump relay. IIRC, the ECM is also served by that fuse, but there should not be sufficient load from the ECM to blow the fuse. However, the wiring to the ECM should be checked if the fuel pump harness does not reveal any faults.
