i am trying to remove my lower valance but i cant seem to get it off completely. i removed the screws near the corners but cant seem to figure out how to loosen from the middle. any one know how?

i am trying to remove my lower valance but i cant seem to get it off completely. i removed the screws near the corners but cant seem to figure out how to loosen from the middle. any one know how? 04 nuts and bolts in the corner are tough due to rusted,you may use saw to cut between the valance and bumper,or...burnt it,you'll discard that anyway!!!:evillol: .
