my r reg 97 fiesta 1.4 zetec started leaking and started to overheat i have checked the rad when i looked under the car water seems to be coming from wer the timing belt is any help would be great

No, I'm not sure since I can't actually see your car. Fill the cooling system and pressurize using a pressure tester, kind of looks like a bicycle pump, and see where the leak is coming from.
