I have new 07 avalanche paint problems acid rain spots dealer buffet it now has buffer marks dealr now wants to use 3M Perfect-it lll trizact spot remover will it work? will it remove the spots an swirl marks?

Let them do it, standard procedure, of course proper buffing techniques would have avoided this.
