I could be a bad radiator cap, t-stat or air trapped in the system, all would cause what you describe.

hmm well i dunno i gonna get a new thermostate today,

i had the bleeder valve off and was waiting for the water to come out, just seems more difficult used to never have this problem

i removed the thermostat havent tested it but it was closed,

does a new thermostat come with a new rubber o ring or do i buy that extra?

ill probably pick up rad cap also just in case

The t-stat I recently bought did not include a gasket... re-used the old one. Had I known, I would have bought one though, for sure.

Don't know if that's the case everywhere though.

i'd think the cap since it's not over heating or wire come of temp guage under hood..

well its fixed i had to play with 30 min of running car accelearating and pumping more fluid in it built up rad cap is fine, i had problems of the coolant turning to white foam, but it went away later
