I have a 03 PA Ultra and want to put 22s on it. Does anybody know what modifications need to be done for them to fit?

Do you mean do you need new wheel well tubs?

You'll have to recalibrate your speedometer. I've heard that 22s will rub the wells in turns, don't know for sure how accurate that rumor is.
