OMG!!! I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THIS CAR! IT IS NOISY (IT IS WINTER TIME) TOP SHUTTERS HORRIBLY, ETC.....
ANYWAY, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS STARTED WORKING WHENEVER THEY WANTED TO.:shakehead IT DOSENT MATTER WHETHER OR NOT I SET THEM SLOW OR FAST THEY DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. NOW THEY ARE ONLY WORKING ON THE HYPER-SPEED SETTING AND STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHIELD:disappoin I ABSOLUTELY HATE DRIVING MY CAR BECAUSE OF THIS...ARGHH..........................

I"ve felt your pain in my past life with that same car. Hard to tell what your problem is but it may be related to the computer chip but not sure. Good luck though. By the way, Nice H-D hat!!!!!

Sounds to me like a bad wiper control module. You may have to take it to the dealer to have this checked out. Please post back with what you find out!!
