i need serious help with thisnevets715 02-18-2007, 09:50 PM hey everyone i need a info on a sititution that happened to me today..as i was driveing down the highway i hit a large clup of ice and it cracked (and broke) my or Shield or soemthing like that on the bottom of my car underneath where the engine is...it's a plastic piece and it has like a soft cushion on the other side.....do u know if thats a serious thing or how much it is...if u need anymore info im willin to give i just worried it has something to do with my under carriage thanks :)...............btw the car is a 2007 sebring jalensi 02-22-2007, 07:35 AM You'll most likely just need to replace the plastic peice. Most of the plastic underneath the car is a splash guard for various components; ie- they are neccesary to keep vital parts of the car dry. Be sure to get it checked out and replaced. I am not sure how expensive it is going to be. Be sure to post back and let us know!
