Ummm!
Its raining here in California and my windshield wipers keep popping the fuse. I have the book! Yes, I did go through it. But, I can't find anything on troubleshooting this problem.
1. Do I have a Wiper motor?
2. Is my wiring linked with another system like headlights, ignition etc?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
