Please Help

The cars power locks aren't working at all. The keyless entry doesn't work, and the inside lock doesn't work either...the panic button doesn't work either on the keyless entry. It isn't a blown fuses, all the fuses are fine. Other problems include, intermittin wipers not working, but low and high are. The light for seatbelt, high beems aren't working, but the e brake light won't go off. It doesn't even beep when I start the car to tell me to put my seat belt on. The interior light also doesn't come on when doors are open. This all happened over night, things were fine last night. I unfortunatly let my sister-in-law borow the car, all happen after she returned it. BTW it's a 4 door EX Honda Civic 2002

All of the items you describe are controlled by the "multiplex control unit" It is contained as part of the under-dash fuse box.

I would check fuse #10 = 7.5Amp and fuse #20 = 30Amp in the under-dash box.

Has any extra electrical item been tied into the cars wiring ??
