1995 Accord 2.7 smoking like crazy...HELP!!!

Hello all, I have searched all over, with no luck.
OKay here I go. I have a 1995 Accord with the 2.7 V-6. After seeing that the oil was about a quart low, I added 1 quart of 5W 30. Ever since the car has been smoking(blue) heavily.....My first thought was it must be over full! Checked it twice on a level surface, and in fact it is a litte below full. I am leaning twards guides and seals??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance:uhoh:

Blue smoke is oil getting burnt, if coming from your exhaust, it is probably leaking into the cylinders. If you are over 100,000 miles, it is probably from worn valve seals or worn piston rings.

Is it from the exhaust or under the hood?It is very common for the side cover gaskets to leak on these.They leak on the exhaust manifolds and smoke under the hood.
