Noise or vibration in roof/headliner

I have a noise in the roof or headliner that sound like I have an external sunvisor flapping in the breeze.
Only happens at high speeds and winding condtions.
Has anyone had this problem.
2001 ext. cab 5.3

Is the third brake light/cargo lamp housing mounted securely? How about the cab roof filler srtips?
