Please Help!

I have a 1996 JGC - V8

The instrument cluster has been having some strange issues. It first began with the Speedometer & Tachometer randomly cutting on and off. I took it to the dealer who said I needed a new circuit board for the cluster. I got a replacement cluster instead, which they put in and it had the same problem. They checked the wiring and said the wiring was okay. They couldn't figure out the issue and gave me my money back. Well, now the entire Cluster (all gauges) are failing randomly. During the time this happens, the alarm light stays on. When the Cluster works, alarm light goes off. I called Havana Auto Electric and they said that if the dealership couldn't find the problem, then they wouldn't be able to either and turned me away!?!? I am at a loss, please help! Anyone have this issue with their JGC and was able to resolve it?

I had the same prob. My fuse was lose, take out the fuse & pinch the metal contact together that are in the fuse panel (not your fuse) & put your fuse back in should work did for me.
