I'm looking to find a semi gloss or satin clear for a bike project, preferrably laquer paint. Any recommendations?

best regards

Model Master's Semi Gloss is what you're looking for...just remember that lacquers CAN and usually DO yellow with age. Not the thing you want over white decals...For what it's worth, MM also makes the same in an enamel.

Marabu synthetic clears work really well.

Marabu? Haven't heard of that bran, who stocks it?

Bill, about the Model Master paint, I usually use their Super clear wich I think is laquer, do you know the code for the enamel range (think the laquer starts with a B but can be wrong). Haven't actually thought about the yellowing of laquer clear... I've used it as I thought it was the easiest one to polish out. Enamel is softer in my mind as it goes over acrylic paints but that might be a misjudgement? Can you guide me there?
