Does it have to be tightened to a certain preasure and if so what? What about the angle? Does it matter?

You need to torque the mounting bolts to 16 ft-lb
And you are going to need to use a timing light or gun to set the timing to the stock spec since just installing the distributor will most likely result in the timing being off.
