2002 jeep grand cherokee heated seat not working

Hey guys, all of a sudden my heated seat on the drivers side stopped working. What could cause this and any ideas how to fix it? The passanger seat works fine and when i turn it on the switch lights up. Any help is appreciated. Thanks...

Its probably a broken wire in the heater element,inside the seat.There are repair kits available for some of the seats in 02,but they are not cheap.Its like $235.00 or on some you need an entire seat cover because some are sewn into the leather cover.Its real easy to peel back the cover and look inside.If there is a white felt type part stuck on the foam,its repairable.Usually you will see burn marks where it is bad and usually it is on the left edge of the seat.
