Bosch Icon wiperswhalerboy 01-30-2007, 10:35 PM Okay, Okay. I know I'm often mislead by advertising. It's gotten so bad, my wife had to hide the phone and my wallet everytime any informercial comes on TV. (too bad, I want one of those "Little Giant" ladders that guy from Home Improvement is hocking). Anyway, my point is, anybody ever try out some of these Bosch Icon hingeless wiperblades? http://ec1.images-amazon.com/images/P/B000BZ9NSY.01-A3DWJ95CJL3OHA._AA280_SCLZZZZZZZ_.jpg The idea behind them seems pretty sane. Watching as much hockey as I do, I've seen Canadian Tire (North of the border's Wal Mart) selling these type of wiper blades for a few years now. I have to figure, if they work in Canada, they should do well for me here in western NY. The trouble is I don't want to shell out $45 for a set of blades if they are worthless... any bold souls gone down this road before? spackelman 01-31-2007, 10:47 AM I've tried them, expensive and not worth the money. They look good - clean and simple. When they started wearing out, they made a lot of noise. Went back to red package (can't recall the name). scrapdaddy 02-01-2007, 10:08 PM ya i have a set on my truck they are called reflex wiper blades in canada and sold at canadian tire they are expensive they claim the snow doesnt stick to them but it does but they do stick to the windshield when it is windy so you dont have the wiper chatter and skip when you turn them on vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
