95 1.9L 113500.

Check engine light has been coming on and off since Christmas. No problems seen, except the &*^%^$#%^ light. I cannot figure out if the OBD I blinky (CEL) codes are 2 digit or 3 digit. My manual is not real clear on when it changed and no help so far on searching the 'net.

Anybody have a clue here?

OBD 1 codes should be two digits.
