no they arent. they arent performance engines. go for the 2.4 or another car.

Put it this way, you can make the motors achieve higher speeds than the body should go. With a little work and a bank account you can make them pretty quick.

On average they are slow. But sometimes you will come across one that will suprise you. If its had some work put into it to help it along.

engine size doesnt matter, cavaliers in general are slow, they werent made for speed, they kick ass when it comes to economy though
