92 model cant get the blower motor pass the lower dash. what do you hve to do to get it in???

92 model cant get the blower motor pass the lower dash. what do you hve to do to get it in???

I have a 90 GMC K1500 and I had to remove one nut on the bottom of the dash to get the blower motor out. As I recall, if you look up from where the blower motor is towards the dash, it was right near the A pillar.
